Avenue Active
Experience a complimentary fitness class outdoors every Wednesday at Avenue East Cobb powered by lululemon, and featuring barre3. Each class will provide a full-body workout that combines strength + mindfulness, leaving you feeling balanced + empowered!
April/May Schedule:
- April 24th: HABITS with Carson Beaver
- May 1st: barre3 with Jennifer Attard
- May 8th: yoga with Karen Patton
- May 15th: HABITS with Carson Beaver
Class Details:
- BARRE3: Barre combines low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind centering breathwork to create a full-body workout.
- YOGA: You will find a combination of sun salutations, deep opening postures, strong standing poses, and arm balances.
- HABITS: Classes are always full body and cardio + core work are threaded throughout. There is a strong emphasis on intention, form, repetition and – of course – fun.

We kindly ask guests to bring their own mat to be used for the class.
