Avenue Active

Experience a complimentary fitness class outdoors every Wednesday at Avenue East Cobb powered by lululemon, and featuring barre3. Each class will provide a full-body workout that combines strength + mindfulness, leaving you feeling balanced + empowered! 

We kindly ask guests to bring their own mat to be used for the class.

Schedule:

• October 2nd: Barre3 with Leighanne Houston
• October 9th: Pause Take Over
  • Join for a special Pause Take Over with Pause Studio taught by Barre3. Enjoy a mindful workout followed by a sound bath.
• October 16th: Full Body with Griffin Roelle
• October 23rd: TBD
• October 30th: Carson Beaver with Hocus Pocus HIIT

Class Details:

• Full Body: Class will be focused on full body movements, core + cardio at a higher tempo. You can expect a warm up, workout + cool down. Everything can be modified + adaptable to each individual. Expect to stretch, sweat + have fun!
• barre3: Barre combines low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind centering breathwork to create a full-body workout.
• Yoga: You will find a combination of sun salutations, deep opening postures, strong standing poses, and arm balances.
• Habits: Classes are always full body and cardio + core work are threaded throughout. There is a strong emphasis on intention, form, repetition and – of course – fun.
