Avenue Active
Experience a complimentary fitness class outdoors every Wednesday at Avenue East Cobb. Each class will provide a full-body workout that combines strength & mindfulness, leaving you feeling balanced & empowered! Classes are for all levels.
We kindly ask guests to bring their own mat to be used for the class.

- May 6th: Barre3 | CANCELED due to predicted weather.
- May 13th: Sherelle Lundy teaching Mat Pilates
- May 20th: Scarlet Stoker teaching Strength & Mobility
- May 27th: Sherelle Lundy teaching Mat Pilates

- Visit Pause after class for a complimentary tour with the purchase of a Cryotherapy, LED light, or sauna session. “New to Pause” participants can join them in their service for no additional charge!
