Avenue Active
Experience a complimentary fitness class outdoors every Wednesday at Avenue East Cobb. Each class will provide a full-body workout that combines strength & mindfulness, leaving you feeling balanced & empowered!
We kindly ask guests to bring their own mat to be used for the class.

Class Details:
- Full Body: Class will be focused on full body movements, core & cardio at a higher tempo. You can expect a warm up, workout & cool down. Everything can be modified & adaptable to each individual. Expect to stretch, sweat & have fun!
- barre3: Barre combines low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind centering breathwork to create a full-body workout.
- Body & Brain: Develop your strength, mobility, and balance while brightening your mood with a Body & BrainQigong & Tai Chi Class
- Mat Pilates: This is a moderate intensity, low impact class that will train your entire body from the core out.
- Yoga: You will find a combination of sun salutations, deep opening postures, strong standing poses, and arm balances.
